Hey everyone!

If you’ve ever worked with LED screens, you know they're not just about looking pretty. They face some serious challenges—rain, dust, accidental bumps, and all sorts of crazy temperatures. We knew we had to find a better way to protect them.

That's why we created something we call POD Technology.

 

What's the Big Deal with POD?

You might already be familiar with GOB (Glue On Board) technology. It's a pretty good start for protecting LEDs, but we didn’t want to stop at "pretty good." We wanted to create a solution that was tougher, smarter, and way more reliable. So, we took GOB and leveled it up. We call it POD (Protective Optical Display) Technology.

Here's a quick look at how it works:

Step 1: The Soft Stuff First, we inject a special soft gel layer. Think of it like a safety cushion. This stuff goes between and under the little LED chips themselves.

  • Stress Absorber: It's like a tiny, built-in bulletproof vest for your LEDs. If the temperature changes a lot (from super cold to super hot), this gel absorbs all that stress, so your display doesn't crack or warp.

  • Solid Foundation: It also makes sure all the LEDs are super-securely bonded to the board. This is a game-changer for preventing dead pixels, which is a total headache.

Step 2: The Hard Shell Next, we add a super strong, high-quality epoxy resin layer right on top of everything. This gives the LEDs 360-degree protection.

  • Serious Protection: This layer is a beast. We're talking IP68-certified protection against water, dust, shock, corrosion, and more. It's basically an iron shield for your screen.

  • Looks Better, Too: The shell has a special matte finish that not only protects but also makes the colors pop and reduces glare, so your content looks amazing from any angle.

  • Super Tough: With a hardness of up to 9H, it's seriously scratch-resistant. You could practically throw your keys at it, and it would be fine. (Please don't do that, though!)
