VMX Visual Product Warranty Service

Warranty Period:

• LED Module: 2-year warranty

• Other Components (excluding LED module): 1-year warranty

*The warranty period begins from the date the products leave the VMX Visual factory.

Warranty Service Details:

VMX Visual offers the following services during the warranty period:

• Repairs: We will provide free repair for LED modules, power control boxes, and other covered components. Please note that shipping costs will be shared between both parties during the warranty period.

• Spare Parts: As part of every order, VMX Visual will supply 0.5% free spare parts and an additional 2% of the same batch of modules, receiving cards, and power boxes.

• Support: We are happy to assist with system installation, software updates, and other technical support via remote online assistance.

• Major Failures: VMX Visual takes responsibility for major failures caused by manufacturing defects or product quality issues during the warranty period.

• Fault Reporting: Should you encounter any issues, please gather the defective parts, take clear photos of the fault, and send them back to VMX Visual. We will repair and return the components within 10 working days.

Warranty Exclusions:

Please be aware that VMX Visual may not provide free repair, replacement, or compensation in the following cases:

• Misuse or Handling Damage: Damage resulting from improper handling or misuse. While we are happy to assist with these issues, we will not be responsible for the associated costs.

• Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs conducted without prior approval from VMX Visual.

• Force Majeure Events: Circumstances beyond our control, such as floods, wars, earthquakes, fires, and other natural disasters.

Extended Warranty Service:

After the standard warranty period, you may opt to extend your warranty under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: The extended warranty must be purchased within 1 year of the standard warranty’s expiration.

• Duration: The extended warranty can be added for up to 3 years, with a maximum total warranty period of 5 years.

• Extended Warranty Fee: The fee for the extended warranty is calculated as a percentage of the original purchase price:

• 3rd Year: 5% of the purchase price

• 4th Year: 10% of the purchase price

• 5th Year: 15% of the purchase price

• Coverage: The extended warranty provides the same benefits as the standard warranty.

Please note that VMX Visual reserves the right to evaluate the product’s condition before approving the extended warranty.

Post-Warranty Service:

After the free warranty period (including any extended warranty), VMX Visual offers post-warranty services for a fee, as per your requirements. This includes labor, replacement parts, and shipping costs, all of which will be discussed and agreed upon with VMX Visual.
