01 Project Overview | 02 Visual Performance | 03 Event-Ready Design | 04 Technical Specifications

From 20–23 July 2026, VMX Visual supported the Conference of Directors of the Italian Cultural Institutes in Verona, Italy, with a 40-square-metre indoor LED wall. Built with the Venus-Lite VL-261, the installation created a clear and polished visual centrepiece for event branding, speaker content and multimedia presentations.

01 Project Overview: A 40sqm Visual Centrepiece in Verona

The conference required a large-format display that could present institutional branding and detailed presentation content clearly throughout an elegant indoor venue. With a fine 2.61mm pixel pitch, the VL-261 delivered the image detail needed for close indoor viewing while maintaining consistent colour across the 40sqm screen surface.

The LED wall formed the main stage backdrop, helping speakers, event graphics and multimedia content remain visible across the room. Its wide 140° horizontal and vertical viewing angles supported clear sightlines for attendees seated at different positions within the venue.

02 Fine-Pitch Visual Performance for Live and On-Camera Content

The VL-261 combines an 800-nit indoor brightness specification with 14-bit grayscale processing and a 3,840Hz refresh rate. This configuration delivers smooth motion, natural gradients and stable imagery for both the in-room audience and professional event photography or video coverage.

HDR-ready processing supports vivid colour and controlled highlight detail, helping presentation slides, speaker feeds and branded media retain clarity under venue lighting.

03 Lightweight, Flexible and Serviceable Event Design

Venus-Lite uses lightweight die-cast aluminium cabinets designed for professional event deployment. The platform supports 500 × 500mm and 500 × 1,000mm cabinet formats, enabling flexible screen layouts while simplifying transport, installation and inventory planning.

Curving capability from -10° to +10° in 2.5° increments allows the same platform to support straight or gently curved configurations. Highly integrated power and signal connections help reduce cabling complexity, while tool-free removable modules and power boxes allow fast on-site maintenance during demanding event schedules.
