QUALITY ASSURANCE FAQ
01. What specific tests are included in the Aging Process?
Resolution Our 72-hour aging test includes 24 hours of white balance aging (maximum brightness), followed by 48 hours of dynamic video aging. This helps identify and eliminate any potential "infant mortality" of LEDs or power supplies.
02. How is the "Screen Flatness" verified before shipping?
Resolution Every VG-181 cabinet is assembled on a precision-leveled platform. Our QC technicians use feeler gauges to ensure that module-to-module and cabinet-to-cabinet gaps do not exceed 0.1mm, guaranteeing a seamless UHD experience.
